Nikolai Guerra, associate at Tressler LLP, is a commercial litigator who represents clients in intellectual property and employment law matters, including handling disputes and providing counseling services in both areas of law. As a litigator, Nikolai appears frequently before federal and state courts on behalf of his clients.
